Pizzeria 150 was founded in 2011 in Turin, on via Nizza 29, in the heart of the San Salvario district, its name celebrating the hundred-and-fiftieth anniversary of Italian Unification. The house specialty is pizza al tegamino, prepared according to tradition with slow-rising dough and carefully selected ingredients. Alongside brick-oven pizza, the restaurant offers authentic farinata di ceci, also served with fillings. Run by Gaetano, an instructor with the Italian National Pizzaiuoli Team, the pizzeria combines artisanal tradition with attention to detail, also offering gluten-free options at no extra charge. The informal, family atmosphere is accompanied by a musical selection ranging from 1930s jazz to Eighties classics.
