The place
Fondazione PizzAut ETS is a model of social inclusion offering dignity and occupational independence to autistic young people. Founded in 2017 from an idea by Nico Acampora, father of an autistic child, the foundation is based in Cernusco sul Naviglio and runs two restaurant-pizzerias, in Cassina de' Pecchi and Monza, alongside the travelling PizzAutObus. Through AutAcademy it offers tailored professional training, while the Housing Independence Gyms prepare young people for independent living.
The origins
Pizzaut - Nutriamo L'Inclusione was founded in 2017 in Cernusco sul Naviglio, born from an insight by Nico Acampora, father of an autistic child.
