In the making · The method

Tomatoes grown in Italy and cheeses with protected designation of origin (DOP) ensure fidelity to classic recipes and the quality required by AVPN certification.
Baking takes place in the traditional wood-fired oven at the high temperatures needed for proper rising of the cornicione and the right consistency of the disc, according to Neapolitan standards.
