The place
Pasticceria Tripaldi was born from Caterina's dream, when she left university behind to follow her calling. After earning her qualification at the Università dei Sapori in Perugia, she took over the historic Ariston pastry shop on via della Pallotta. Today the artisan workshop bakes fresh and dry pastries, mignon and single-portion desserts, and custom cakes for every occasion, every day. There is no shortage of typical Umbrian specialities such as torcolo and rocciata, made according to traditional recipes, nor of vegan and gluten-free options. Online sales bring these artisan sweets into customers' homes across Italy.
