In the making · The workshop
All of Pasticceria Dirupo's products are made with fresh butter, an essential ingredient for the structure and flavour of quality pastry.
The workshop uses no industrial semi-finished products nor frozen goods: every preparation starts from raw ingredients and follows the full cycle of artisan production.
Production takes place daily, ensuring constant freshness for both the pastries and the bread, always fresh out of the oven.
