The place
Nonna Giustina Chef Giovanni Apuzzo represents Italian cuisine in Palma de Mallorca. The restaurant, located on Avinguda de Joan Miró in the Poniente district, was born from the experience of chef Giovanni Apuzzo, who pays homage through the restaurant's name to the figure of Nonna Giustina, a symbol of traditional culinary memory. The gastronomic proposal is rooted in Made in Italy, bringing the flavours and techniques of Italian tradition to the Balearic capital.
