The place
Nastrificio di Cassano has been, since 1962, the last European producer of neutral fabrics for labels, based in Cassano Magnago. The company makes Made in Italy fabric rolls in acetate, cotton, polyester, nylon and eco-friendly fibres, intended to be printed and turned into labels for the clothing, furnishing, automotive, cosmetics and Wine & Spirits sectors. Through continuous investment in Research and Development, it has developed patented fabrics suited to every printing technique. The products are exported to more than seventy countries.
The origins
Nastrificio di Cassano has operated in the textile sector since 1962 in Cassano Magnago. The company is today the only European manufacturing facility still active in the production of fabrics for labels.

Nastrificio di Cassano works with acetate, cotton, polyester, nylon and eco-friendly fibres. Each material is selected according to the technical characteristics required by the final application and the printing technique the fabric will need to support.
The company invests continuously in Research and Development to create patented fabrics. These proprietary products are designed to meet every printing requirement, ensuring compatibility with the different technologies used by clients.
The fabrics are produced in neutral rolls, ready to be sent to clients who will print and assemble them according to their needs. This format allows maximum flexibility in subsequent customisation.
Every production run undergoes checks in line with international standards. Nastrificio di Cassano holds TUV, Oeko-Tex, Global and TUV Austria certifications, attesting to the safety and quality of the fabrics produced.
