The design department uses advanced 3D CAD-CAM software to develop three-dimensional models, static structural analyses and fabrication drawings, translating every requirement into precise technical solutions.
The steelwork department is equipped with a four-metre press brake, a three-metre shear, a two-metre roller and plasma cutting up to thirty-five millimetres thick on a bed measuring one thousand five hundred by three thousand millimetres. MIG-MAG and TIG welders complete the machine range.
Milling, boring and turning are carried out on any material with hundredth-of-a-millimetre precision, guaranteeing the quality required by special machines and custom production equipment.
Teams of specialised fitters work directly on site, assembling structures to the highest standards. The craftsmanship is completed with cutting, drilling, assembly and welding carried out by certified personnel.
