The place
Marina Velka Golf Club preserves one of the historic courses of northern Lazio, founded in the late 1960s to a design by Rodolfo Russo. The 9-hole par-3 course, later redesigned by Ugo Grappasonni, sits amid the Mediterranean vegetation of Marina Velca, just steps from the Tyrrhenian coast. From the course, players can admire the view of Tarquinia's medieval towers and walls. The club welcomes golfers of all ages with a practice range, pro-shop and the Marina Velka Golf Academy dedicated to younger players.

Marina Velka Golf Club was founded in the late 1960s to a design by Rodolfo Russo, and has since preserved one of the historic courses of the Viterbo area.
