Enter the mapIn the making · How it is made
The meat comes from prized Italian cattle breeds, selected for their organoleptic characteristics and raised according to standards that certify their provenance.
Animals in the Nativa Gran Carne supply chain are fed rations sourced entirely from organic farming, free of GMOs and animal meal, following protocols overseen by the Department of Animal Science at the University of Padua.
The products are certified Qualità Reale (Royal Quality) by Q Certificazioni, a body recognised by the Ministry of Agriculture, which guarantees compliance with animal welfare standards and supply chain traceability.
The deli section prepares artisanal specialities using the selected meats and quality raw materials, making meatballs, gratins, traditional lasagne and fish-based first courses.
