In the making · The method
The restaurant uses exceptionally fresh, high-quality fish, caught in Calabrian waters and cooked to bring out its natural flavor.
The pizzas are baked in a traditional wood-fired oven, which gives the dough its fragrance and crispness.
At lunch the venue offers self-service dining that preserves the quality of the kitchen in a more informal format, while in the evening it turns to table service.
