Enter the mapIn the making · How it is made

Le Bontà Del Forno selects local certified grains and lightly refined flours, including Senatore Cappelli wheat, favouring raw materials from the Umbrian territory.
The bread and pizza doughs follow a slow rising process, a method that takes longer but ensures digestibility and structure in the crumb.
For the dry pastries the bakery uses Italian butter and local eggs, while the pizza by the slice is topped with fresh seasonal ingredients from the area.
Every day the bakery produces bread, pastries and pizza by hand, following traditional recipes passed down through the family and the techniques of the baker's craft.
