Enter the mapIn the making · How it is made
Production is based on ingredients from the Ligurian territory: olive oil, flour, aromatic herbs, tomato, cheese and chard, selected for quality and provenance.
In the Bussana workshop, doughs are made using artisan techniques that combine tradition and innovation, ensuring fragrance and lightness in the finished products.
Pastries and croissants are prepared with natural fermentation, a method that requires time and care but ensures superior results in terms of digestibility and flavour.
Production from the central workshop reaches both the three direct retail outlets in Ventimiglia, Sanremo and Arma di Taggia, and restaurants and venues across the province through professional supply.
