Every dish is served with 200 grams of pasta, a generous, shareable portion. Guests choose between fresh pasta such as trofie, gnocchi, ravioli and tagliatelle, or dried pasta such as penne, spaghetti and linguine, with more than twenty different sauces ranging from traditional classics to elaborate seafood recipes.
Trofie, a Ligurian tradition, dressed with pesto embody the restaurant's connection to the local area and the produce of the Riviera.
Among the standout dishes are spaghetti allo scoglio and pasta with shellfish, mussels, clams, prawns and scampi. The clams (vongole veraci) are served both as a pasta sauce and as a dish on their own.
The fried calamari stand out for the lightness of the batter and the generous portion size, a symbol of the generosity that runs through the whole menu.
Mussels in a peppery broth (impepata di cozze) open the seafood starters, while among the mains, sliced Fassona beef (tagliata di fassona) represents the restaurant's meat offering.
