La Gustosa was founded in Matelica in 1986 as a pizza-by-the-slice shop and pastry workshop specialising in traditional local sweets. Over time the offering has grown to meet every need: from pizza and pinsa romana to artisan bread, including protein bread, right through to mignon and single-portion desserts for special occasions. A full breakfast service completes the range of this artisan business, which combines tradition with attention to new food trends, on Viale Kennedy 68.
