The milk comes exclusively from Apulian farms, ensuring a 100% Italian raw material. The integrated, vertical supply chain allows control over every stage, from the barn to the caseificio.
Burrata, mozzarella and fresh stretched-curd cheeses are made according to traditional Apulian recipes. The gestures of manual processing follow the timing and procedures of the region's cheesemaking tradition.
Alongside classic production, the caseificio develops dedicated lines: BioGioia for certified organic products, a full range of lactose-free cheeses, and the Frozen line with frozen cheeses to ensure optimal freshness and shelf life.
Sales cover both the retail and Ho.Re.Ca. channels, with catalogues dedicated to the foodservice trade. The production facility in the industrial area of Gioia del Colle serves both the national and international markets.
