The place
La Casa del Profiterole, Pasticceria Zanetti, is an artisan workshop in Asti that has carried on since 1989 the tradition begun by grandfather Luigi in Calliano. In the workshop on Corso Savona, every product is born of the selection of top-quality raw materials and artisan craftsmanship. The pride of the house is the production of the celebrated profiteroles, choux pastries filled with chantilly cream and coated in gianduja cream, also available in zabaione and pistachio variants. The offering ranges from breakfast, with croissants filled to order, to custom cakes, from homemade chocolates to finger food. The welcoming tea room with its veranda offers a space to relax and enjoy the Zanetti family's creations.
