The place
LA BURRATA brings Puglian dairy craft to Brussels through an artisan workshop open to view. Every morning, mozzarella, burrata, stracciatella and ricotta are made according to Southern Italian tradition. The pucce, the characteristic Puglian sandwiches, are baked to order and filled with selected cured meats and cheeses imported from Italy. The venue offers dine-in, direct sales and home delivery.
