The place
IVAN BARBATO GIOIELLI is an artisan goldsmith workshop based in Cardano al Campo, a short distance from Malpensa airport. The atelier, opened in 2008, is the creative space of Ivan Barbato, a goldsmith trained at CAPAC in Milan. Every piece of jewellery is made entirely by his hands, using the traditional techniques of fine Italian goldsmithing. The collections range from Liberty style to Florentine Renaissance, from Mediterranean to unique contemporary creations.

Ivan Barbato has built his path in goldsmithing through rigorous training and over a decade of experience in Lombardy's jewellery workshops.

Every piece of jewellery is made entirely by hand using the traditional techniques of Italian goldsmith art. This artisan process ensures the uniqueness of each piece and the precision of every detail.
The commissioned creation service begins by listening to the client's wishes. Ivan Barbato translates feelings, thoughts, ideas and journeys into personalised jewellery that tells a story.
Goldsmith technique is combined with meticulous attention to detail. Every element of the piece is individually cared for, from the choice of materials to the finishing touches.
The atelier in Cardano al Campo receives clients by appointment, so that each one is given the time they need. This approach allows the collections to be presented and personalised projects to be followed with proper care.
