Following the change of management in 2025, the restaurant refined its offer with a crisp, well-leavened Roman-style pizza that has won over the palates of its guests. The kitchen shows particular skill with seafood dishes, with the Antipasto Imperiale celebrating the quality of the ingredients: scampi and prawns from Mazara, tuna and amberjack carpaccio and tartare. The spaghetti allo scoglio and the other fresh fish specialities reflect the careful selection of ingredients. The fixed lunch menu is an excellent opportunity to sample the restaurant's cooking.
