In the heart of the medieval village of Arcidosso, within the ancient walls of the Cassero, IL PALATO CHIEDE IL BIS welcomes guests inside a striking fourteenth-century tower, fully restored. Sergio Donnarumma, a Neapolitan pizzaiolo trained in some of Tuscany's finest restaurants and a competitor at the Pizzaiuolo World Championship in Naples, offers Neapolitan STG pizza of the highest level, made with ingredients from the Tuscan territory and carefully selected raw materials.
