In the making · The method
The pizzaiolo personally prepares the dough following the Neapolitan-style technique, with careful attention to every stage of the process.
The creams that accompany the pizzas are created and prepared directly by the pizzaiolo, without resorting to ready-made products.
The pizza is baked in a wood-fired oven, a method that gives the product its characteristic fragrance and the right texture of the dough.
