Hosteria Chez Dado & Lilly brings Bolognese gastronomic tradition to Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer. In their family-run establishment, Dado and Lilly offer Emilian specialities prepared by hand: tortellini, tagliatelle, tigelle and ragù follow the original recipes of tradition. Fresh pasta is worked daily by hand, while particular attention is paid to food intolerances with gluten-free pasta and vegetarian dishes.
