The place
In the heart of Diano d'Alba, Golosalba has carried forward for three generations the art of Piedmontese confectionery founded on Nocciola Piemonte IGP. Artisan production showcases this fruit of the Langhe through gianduiotti, Golosotta spreadable creams, Albaregina cakes and roasted hazelnuts, combining the hazelnut's intense aroma with selected ingredients: single-origin chocolate, Alpine wildflower honey from Piedmont, arabica coffee and Italian extra virgin olive oil.
