Since 1920, Gioielleria Abate has been a landmark for fine watches and jewellery in Sanremo. Founded by Michele Abate, the business keeps its family tradition intact across two elegant stores: the historic shop on Corso Imperatrice, with an event room preserving 1950s furnishings, and the store on Via Matteotti, created in partnership with Rolex. An authorised retailer of prestigious brands such as Rolex, Patek Philippe and Tudor, it features dedicated corners and a certified Rolex Service Centre workshop.
The origins
Gioielleria Abate was founded in Sanremo in 1920 by Michele Abate, setting in motion a family tradition that has carried through the generations.

Gioielleria Abate sets aside dedicated spaces for major watchmaking houses. The Rolex corner, opened in August 2015, sits alongside spaces reserved for Patek Philippe and Tudor, allowing each collection to be presented in a setting designed around it.
The repair workshop at the Via Matteotti store holds Rolex Service Centre certification, a qualification granting access to original parts, dedicated tools, and ongoing training in line with the Swiss manufacture's standards.
The jeweller has been authorised as a retailer for Rolex Certified Pre-Owned watches, a programme involving thorough technical checks and an official guarantee from the house for selected secondhand timepieces.
