The origins
GENESI PEGASO Srl was founded in 2020 when three partners came together around a shared vision: bringing the culture of giant bamboo to Europe as a sustainable agricultural resource.

GENESI PEGASO's plantations can be visited at any time and are subject to daily monitoring. Agronomic management ensures that all plantings are in excellent condition and fully productive.
The company has planted six hundred thousand square metres with eighty-four thousand giant bamboo plants established in the ground. Expansion continues according to a plan aimed at reaching seven hundred hectares overall.
GENESI PEGASO holds a leading position in research and development in the field of Carbon Footprint, developing ethical and sustainable projects that respect the environment and nature.
The company has signed supply chain agreements for the marketing of bamboo-derived products that are strictly Made in Italy, destined for animal feed, food, biomass and decorative canes.
