Since 2023, Gastronomia Di Giacomo has brought authentic Roman tradition to the heart of Ostbevern. Federica Gabriele and Vincenzo Di Giacomo, Romans far from home, have created a corner of Italy where cuisine means culture and sharing. The house speciality is pinsa romana, made with sourdough starter following family recipes, crisp and highly digestible. The bistro offers traditional dishes such as pasta mista con borlotti, while the vinothek offers a curated selection of Italian wines. The artisan gelato carries on the tradition of great-grandfather Domenico, who made it in Caserta from 1950.
