Farris Srl works exclusively with fresh vegetables grown in the province of Foggia by the Cooperativa Giardinetto. The proximity between fields and plant ensures short processing times and preserves organoleptic qualities.
The company follows agriculture 4.0 protocols, introducing digital technologies for monitoring and managing crops. This approach further enhances a raw material that is already of excellent quality.
The plant allows for three different types of processing: dehydration, semi-dry IQF processing, and freezing. Each method is calibrated to keep nutritional and organoleptic characteristics nearly identical to those of the fresh product.
Farris products are intended for the food industry, supplying stabilised raw materials ready for further processing. The range also includes ready-to-use lines for the professional sector.
