Services and features
The practice has developed expertise in clinical nutrition for autoimmune diseases, neurodegenerative conditions and oncology, supporting the therapeutic path with targeted meal plans.
The integrated team makes it possible to address eating disorders with an approach that combines nutrition and psychology, ensuring comprehensive support.
Meal plans are built around individual preferences and updated monthly, with ongoing monitoring that guides the patient toward their goal without excessive deprivation.
Nutritional appointments are also available via video consultation, allowing patients to follow their programme from home with the same quality of care as an in-person visit.
In the making · How it is done
Dottoressa Scudieri gathers clinical information, dietary preferences and the patient's goals to build a complete picture of the starting situation.
Based on the assessment, a tailor-made meal plan is drawn up, respecting individual tastes and adapting to specific needs, including in the presence of underlying conditions.
Menus are renewed every month to maintain variety and motivation, adapting the programme as the situation evolves.
The patient is followed closely throughout the entire programme, with availability for immediate feedback and prompt adjustments when needed.
