The place
Don Bosco Pasticceria Specialty Coffee sits beneath the porticoes of viale Grigoletti in Pordenone, across from the school that shares its name. This artisan pastry shop brings together the tradition of Italian viennoiserie and the excellence of specialty coffee, with beans sourced from Cuba, Rwanda, Colombia and Ethiopia. The brioches are made with real butter and shaped into original forms, from the classic pain au chocolat to the New York roll. The offering also includes mignon pastries, seasonal specialties such as artisan panettone and frittelle, as well as custom cakes for special occasions.
