The place
De Mori Specialità Porchetta has operated in Albignasego since 1970, when Ottavio De Mori started the business now in its third generation. The workshop produces cooked meats processed by hand with fresh spices and slow-cooked at low temperature. The products, which include porchetta, roast beef, pulled pork and preparations of pork, beef, veal, chicken and turkey, contain no preservatives, colourings, glutamates or polyphosphates, and are also suitable for people with coeliac disease.
The origins
De Mori was founded in 1970 in Albignasego by Ottavio De Mori. The business is now run by the family's third generation.
