Since 1922 Osteria Dar Bruttone has kept Roman gastronomic tradition alive in the San Giovanni district. A short walk from the Basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano, Giuseppe and his team serve the classics of Roman cuisine: carbonara with guanciale, eggs and pecorino, amatriciana, coda alla vaccinara, carciofo alla giudia. The rooms retain the authentic atmosphere of the osteria that has, for a century, welcomed those in search of the genuine flavours of Roman tradition.
