THE BEST OF THE SEA, BETWEEN VENETIAN RECIPES AND CREATIVITY
Fish is at the heart of ToniRossi's gastronomic offer, interpreted through recipes that draw on Venetian tradition while opening up to different flavours and preparations. From raw seafood to grilled scallops, from risottos to spaghetti alle vongole (spaghetti with clams), through to grilled mains and mixed fried fish, each dish tells of the variety and flavour of seafood cooking.
ToniRossi's cooking is born from the meeting of traditional flavours and the pleasure of being together. Venetian cicchetti (small savoury bites), such as sarde in saor (sweet-and-sour sardines) and baccalà mantecato (creamed salt cod), sit alongside seafood dishes and first courses that take guests on a flavourful journey. Completing the experience are homemade desserts, to close every meal in a spirit of conviviality.
