Cioccolaterie Oliva is an artisan workshop that has been active in Aversa since 1991, where the tradition of chocolate-making has passed down from generation to generation. At the shop on Viale Kennedy, pralines, truffles, filled chocolates and leavened pastries are all crafted by hand using carefully selected ingredients. The family-run management ensures continuity of a method that excludes preservatives and favours only the finest ingredients.
