The place
Since 1962, Caffè Europa has been a landmark on Corso Italia in Catania, where Sicilian tradition finds expression through pastry, coffee, gelato and gastronomy. The venue welcomes guests in spacious rooms with an outdoor terrace, offering arancini (filled, fried rice balls) in various versions, almond and pistachio granita, cannoli, cassate (ricotta-filled sponge cakes) and marzipan fruit. Seasonal production includes panettone and colomba (Easter cake).
