The place
In the Formigine workshop, Bottega della Pasta dal 1986 carries on the art of hand-rolled sfoglia according to Emilian tradition. Founded by grandmother Pina and her sister Gianna, the family today continues to prepare tortellini, tortelloni di zucca, passatelli and tagliatelle daily, using selected ingredients and the same artisan care as at the outset. The fresh pasta is available at the shop on Via Valle d'Aosta, at the stall in Mercato Albinelli in Modena, and through the online shop with refrigerated shipping.
The origins
Bottega della Pasta dal 1986 was founded in Formigine by grandmother Pina and her sister Gianna, who set up the artisan workshop dedicated to fresh Emilian pasta.
