The 53 hectares of Borgo del Baccano lie within an extinct volcanic crater. The hilly soil offers optimal exposures for viticulture, with a natural fertility that shapes the character of wines, oil and heirloom fruit.
All the crops follow the organic standard. The estate pays particular attention to natural fertilization and to soil-working techniques that respect the balance of the land.
Agronomic choices aim to bring out the character of the Valle del Baccano. The wines reflect the composition of the volcanic soil and the estate's historic position, between the Via Francigena and the Parco Regionale di Veio.

The Lazio IGT Piana del Mosaico wine line offers a white and a red. The name recalls the mosaics of the ancient Villa dei Severi, a Roman testimony of the territory.
The wines of the Collezione Riserva represent the estate's Lazio IGT selection. The denomination identifies the labels of greatest structure and complexity.
Alongside the vineyards, the estate grows olive groves for organic oil production and heirloom fruit that recovers varieties native to the Lazio territory.
