The place
BAP brings specialty coffee culture to Rome's Porta Pia, paired with an internationally minded food offering. Founded by the Mauceri family, roasters since 1968 with a facility in Civitavecchia, the venue combines single-origin coffee excellence with an artisanal bakery and all-day cooking overseen by chef Matteo Anselmi.

The coffee comes from the family's Torrefazione 68: single-origin beans and blends processed at the Civitavecchia facility.
