Azienda Agricola Il Torrino Dei Gelsi welcomes guests in a farmhouse dating back to the early 1100s, set in the Roman countryside between Tivoli and Palestrina. The property offers hospitality in three apartments and a double room, surrounded by the family's centuries-old mulberry trees and olive groves. The conservative restoration has preserved tufa walls, chestnut beams and hand-made terracotta floors. The farm has produced extra virgin olive oil since 1921, when founder Cesare Manni received the Olio Purissimo e Finissimo recognition at the Industrial Congress.
