The business manages over five hundred hives placed in unspoiled areas of the Amiata mountains and the Maremma, producing natural, predominantly single-flower honey. From harvesting to extraction, every stage preserves the honey's organoleptic properties, guaranteeing a completely natural product, free of preservatives and pasteurisation.
