The place
Atop the San Bovo hill, in the heart of the Valle Belbo, stands the Agriturismo San Bovo, a restored nineteenth-century Piedmontese farmhouse. Surrounded by vineyards and hazelnut groves, the agriturismo offers welcoming rooms and a Langhe cuisine overseen by Aldo Chiriotti, chef and owner. Among the specialities are ravioli al plin, homemade tajarin, game, braised meats and guinea fowl in Moscato, prepared with home-grown ingredients and local produce.
