The place
Agriturismo Le Colombe stands in a restored farmhouse surrounded by centuries-old olive trees, near Rocca Sant'Angelo, in the heart of Umbria. The eight apartments, created within the original structure, are furnished in the Umbrian tradition with handcrafted furniture and objects, each with its own entrance and a veranda or garden. The pool with its sundeck offers a view stretching from Perugia to Montefalco. From the property, it is easy to reach Umbria's major artistic centres, such as Assisi, Spello, Gubbio and Spoleto.

Services and features

A fifteen-by-eight-metre pool, with a generous sundeck in a private area. The view sweeps three hundred and sixty degrees across fortresses, abbeys, castles and olive mills, from Perugia to Montefalco. Open from the first of June to the thirtieth of September.
An equipped area for children near the pool. Small and medium-sized dogs and cats, up to twenty-five kilograms, are welcome if well-behaved and supervised, provided this is mentioned at the time of booking.
Nature walks, historical and artistic itineraries, and food-and-wine experiences. Mountain biking, archery. In November, guests can take part in the olive harvest.
The kitchen showcases the produce of the Umbrian territory, following the seasons and the region's traditions.
