The place
Set in the beautiful Valnerina valley, the green heart of Umbria, Agriturismo Casale La Palombara welcomes guests in an old farmhouse restored in keeping with its original architecture. Founded in 2015 out of a family of norcini's passion for the land, with over sixty years of tradition, it offers four finely furnished rooms overlooking the Sibillini Mountains. The restaurant serves dishes prepared with produce from the farm: vegetables, eggs, truffle and meats, with cured meats handcrafted following the ancient art of Norcia's butchers. Just steps from the Spoleto-Norcia cycle path and Umbria's main towns.
The threshold
Set in the Valnerina valley, Agriturismo Casale La Palombara occupies an old dovecote tower dating back to the 1600s. The building has been restored in keeping with its original architecture.
