In Umbria, between the hills of Assisi and the Tiber plain, Francesca Batori founded an agency in 2014 that treats every event as a work of stagecraft: weddings, private parties and corporate events built detail by detail, with a tailored approach recognised by the Wedding Awards 2021 from Matrimonio.com.
WOW's planning is not a list of suppliers: it is an articulated project that weaves flower design, light design and stagecraft into a single thread. Every setup begins with a brainstorming session with the team, where nothing is left to chance and every element finds its place within the whole. A sensibility honed also through international experiences such as Manifesta 7 and the Transart Festival.
Among the first things a client receives is the graphic design: invitations designed in-house, able to convey the tone and character of the event through paper alone. It is the first visible act of a method Francesca Batori calls tailored — every choice of colour and typography anticipates the atmosphere that will take shape on the day, and already tells the story of who the couple or the hosts of the celebration are.
Choosing the right venue is one of the most delicate steps in any project: WOW guides its clients in finding the place that best captures their vision, also coordinating the selection of catering and banqueting. A service offered since the agency's founding in 2014, which has taken WOW to work in some of the most striking residences and villas in Umbria and beyond.
