Among the hills of the Franciacorta area near Brescia, in Adro, a textile workshop processes high-performance raw materials, turning them into thermal and acoustic insulation solutions for industry, automotive and marine applications. For more than thirty years.
On the work bench lie skeins of fibre, rolls of technical fabric and crates of raw material: the starting point for the yarns, sleeves, braids and insulating tapes that Texpack manufactures at its Adro site, a facility of over ten thousand square metres equipped with advanced systems for industrial textile production.
The specialised technician's gesture is precise and repeated: turning high-performance fibres into products able to withstand temperatures between 200 and 1250 degrees Celsius. An expertise Texpack has refined since 1993, when Giorgio Lanza and Simonetta Ghisi founded the company, bringing with them direct experience in the field.
On the shelf, the finished products stand in line: insulating blankets and mats, seals for containing fluids and gases under extreme thermal conditions, and packing for pumps and valves.
