No middlemen, no extra steps: what grows from the Orvieto soil reaches the shop counter and, if preferred, arrives straight to your door, with free delivery throughout the urban area.
In the company's own fields grow San Marzano tomatoes, artichokes, aubergines and peppers, alongside a wide range of untreated vegetables and citrus fruit, cultivated in step with the seasons. This is production that follows the calendar of the land, not that of large-scale distribution, and it also offers local restaurants a wholesale supply service.
What the field cannot keep forever, the in-house workshop transforms: preserves, vegetables in oil, jams, fruit preserves, San Marzano tomato passata, ready-made sauces and artisanal liqueurs such as limoncello. Each jar is an extension of the season, made with the same home-grown ingredients and also available to buy online.
