ristorazione — Calvi · Campania
In the Valle Telesina, among the hills of the Beneventano, Calvi is home to a pizzeria whose very name carries its ambition: to tell the story of Campanian pizza in a personal way, with carefully chosen ingredients and a welcome that speaks of community.
On Piazza Roma, in the heart of Calvi, the sign of Tutta N'ata Storia marks a fixed point in the Valle Telesina. The name is already a manifesto: not pizza as usual, but a personal proposal that seeks to rewrite Campanian tradition starting from carefully chosen ingredients, in a village of the Beneventano hinterland that knows how to recognise the difference.
The premises unfold over two floors and evoke, in atmosphere, the most authentic Naples — the Naples of Pino Daniele and of the stories that endure. The local community keeps coming back, and anyone passing through the Beneventano countryside soon learns to stop here: the dining room is where the Campanian pizza-making tradition becomes a true occasion to pause.
From the kitchen come pizzas topped with real mozzarella di bufala campana and only top-quality Italian products. The menu tells the story of Campania through precise pairings: provola, ricotta, courgette flowers, pepper and crumbled tarallo (a traditional savoury ring-shaped snack) make up a vocabulary of flavours that leaves no room for approximation. Every disc of dough is the result of a deliberate choice.
On the plate, bufala campana and the flavours of the inland hills: the page tells the full story of what Tutta N'ata Storia has to offer.
