Every morning, carefully chosen raw materials are laid out on the work bench: flours, tomatoes, oils. Pan di Via is built on first-quality ingredients, selected to support a production that leaves nothing to haste or approximation, in an artisan bakery at the heart of the Asti countryside.
It is the bakers' hands that make the difference: no automated processes, no industrial shortcuts. The dough is worked on the floured bench following its own timing, with a gesture repeated identically every day. This artisan continuity is the recognisable signature of every piece that comes out of Pan di Via's ovens.
Cherry tomato focaccia, pizzas, filled focaccia: the shelf tells of a range designed to accompany the whole day, from breakfast through to the evening aperitivo. Everything is baked fresh daily, so that nothing reaches the counter more than a few hours old. A rhythm that is already a guarantee.
From the window, you can already see it all: fragrant focaccia, the day's doughs. Discover Pan di Via and its products on the dedicated page.
