From the announcement of a death to the moment of burial, Riva handles every step directly and in full: recovery of the deceased, preparation and dressing of the body, complete handling of bureaucratic and municipal paperwork, and liaison with the authorities. A form of support that relieves families of every operational and administrative burden, leaving them free to devote themselves to farewell and remembrance.
Every farewell has its written form. Riva directly manages death notices: over one hundred templates for funeral announcements, designed and printed in-house with or without a photograph, along with printing of personalised memorial cards. Obituaries are published free of charge on the agency's website, where relatives and friends can leave messages of condolence, also accessible via a QR code on the announcement.
In 2017 Riva opened the first funeral home in the Canavese: a structure entirely dedicated to the final farewell, made available to families completely free of charge. For transport, the agency uses its own fleet of Mercedes and Jaguar vehicles, ensuring continuity and discretion across the country and abroad, with the same care given to farewells closer to home.
