In the Parma plain, in Collecchio, a story of service began in 1981 with one man and a municipal appointment. Forty-five years later, the Delmonte family is still there: the same dedication, a second generation, an assistance that never pauses.
Every accompaniment requires a precise map: administrative procedures, coordination with municipal authorities, attention to every detail. From the very first day, Nello Delmonte built a rigorous method, and that method today supports a structure with two operating locations — the premises on Via Carrega and the Sale del Commiato (farewell rooms) on Via delle Basse — and round-the-clock availability, every day of the year.
Across every desk pass documents, authorisations, requests: the invisible work that a grieving family should not have to face alone. This is what the Delmonte family chose to do from the start — to lift the burden of paperwork, to stay close, to answer even when the phone rings in the middle of the night.
The Sale del Commiato on Via delle Basse stand within the Centro Direzionale Taro Taro: spaces designed to welcome, set apart from ordinary noise, able to offer privacy and silence in the most difficult moments. Antonella Delmonte wanted them this way, together with colleagues Gianluca Vincenzi and Morena Marvisi, because families deserve a place equal to the moment.
